The updated brand identity—including a new name, visual system, and creative platform—positioned Guest Supply as the leading manufacturer and distributor of hotel supplies, including amenities, textiles, furniture, fixtures, and equipment.
Challenge
Following the rebrand, Guest Supply engaged NM+U to overhaul their e-commerce website, GuestSupply.com. The objective was to modernize the digital experience while aligning it with the new brand identity. To do so effectively, NM+U needed to assess the current online ordering system, understand its technical limitations, and analyze customer behavior and ordering trends across multiple user segments.
