With properties around the world ranging from $5,000/week to $125,000/week, the challenge was to relaunch the luxurious vacation rental property company while appealing to a very specific audience.


NM+U started building a creative strategy by first developing a new brand name, representing two individuals’ styles and attention while also creating a hominem of the French “Maison Belle.” The creative development and logo constructed reflect a timeless and traditional style, while the images and layouts are a bold, modern aesthetic. The work feels elegant yet inviting, and highlights what sets Mays & Belle apart from other vacation rental companies.
