ERA is the only real estate brand that embodies and understands that real estate is primarily a local-focused business. While it's a global brand, recognized in nearly 40 countries around the world, it's the agents and brokers who make business happen as the primary contact points.

Challenge

The challenge was to define and highlight the benefits of affiliating with a national brand while articulating ERA can help companies grow while maintaining their individuality. Local brokers need to understand they’re still in control and have local equity, but can take advantage of the tools, resources, and programs often out of reach for independent brokers.

Solution

NM+U developed the “Corner Your Market” positioning to make a statement to ERA Real Estate broker/owners… That ERA Real Estate equips “you” with all you need to corner your market… that they could then pass the same message to their new recruits and existing agents. This campaign also represented the first steps in a rebranding effort by the brand and, as such, introduced several new elements in order to begin a process of distinguishing the brand from its very similarly branded competition.
