Baymont by Wyndham is all about Hometown Hospitality, which means making everyone feel welcome from the moment they arrive. To help with this, the brand created “welcome kits” to send to each franchisee to keep at the front desk with items to help guests feel more welcome during their stay.
NM+U’s challenge was to bring awareness to the fact that these kits were available at all properties and pay off the brand’s value proposition on social media. The target was not only guests but also building excitement and momentum for the franchisees.
The solution was to create a series of stop-motion videos, showing each of the items in a fun and unexpected way, to capture attention while delivering the benefit, and brand value message.
