The Better Homes & Gardens Real Estate brand is known as the industry’s only true lifestyle brand. That designation is important not only to consumers but the agents and brokers who join the brand.

Challenge

When one sits and hears all the emotional and rational benefits of joining the brand, it’s a no-brainer… but those benefits are hard to capture quickly and efficiently in an ad campaign. Much less one in a professional industry such as real estate.

Solution

Instead of “telling” the whole story, nm+u devised a way to “show” the whole story in a single visual, drawing interest and then attention to the value proposition. This also positioned the rest of the campaign to utilize more abstract and interesting compositions to display stories and benefits throughout the campaign.
