• Law enforcement or regulatory bodies when required 

• Others, only with your explicit consent 

We do not sell your personal information. 

7. International Transfers

NM+U is based in the United States, but we may process and store information in other countries. Where required, we use safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent to protect international transfers, especially for users in the EEA/UK. 

If you are a European resident, we note that your information will be transferred outside of Europe, including to Canada and the United States.

10. Children’s Privacy

Our services are not intended for children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors. If we discover that a child’s data has been provided, we will take steps to delete it. 

11. California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Nevada, and International Residents

If you are a resident of California or another state with enhanced privacy rights, or if you are protected by the GDPR or other international laws, you may have additional rights as described above. We honor “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” requests in applicable states, and will respond to “Do Not Track” or Global Privacy Control signals as mandated by law.

Please note that we do not alter our Site’s data collection and use practices when we see a Do Not Track signal from your browser.
