Franchise sales professionals need materials that can reach and engage prospects, but branding them too explicitly can deter potential buyers who want to explore opportunities discreetly. To address concerns about branding visibility, all materials featured ERA Real Estate’s new brand design elements, but without logos—ensuring that prospects could engage with the content discreetly. The package included a series of illustrated books highlighting key reasons to join ERA, along with custom mailing boxes and mail bags to help franchise sales teams distribute content strategically. Every element was carefully crafted to support lead generation, nurture franchise prospects, and reinforce ERA’s position as a leader in real estate franchising.
