To celebrate the brand’s 50th anniversary, ERA wanted a fresh, future-focused look that captured its heritage and energized its franchise community. As ERA’s agency of record, NM+U was tasked with delivering standout event branding that aligned with the company’s award-winning franchise branding platform.
Challenge
NM+U needed to create a bright, vibrant, and dynamic conference identity that honored ERA’s milestone year while matching the high creative bar set over the previous two years. The branding had to resonate with brokers and agents from hundreds of franchises—reflecting both the “Corner Your Market” and “In Your Corner” campaigns—without losing sight of the event’s celebratory tone.
