The Distinctive Collection is the luxury real estate program from Better Homes and Gardens® Real Estate (BHGRE), created to support affiliated agents and brokers as they serve the high-end market. BHGRE wanted to offer its network of agents a suite of branded materials tailored for luxury real estate clientele—resources that would still align with the core BHGRE brand, but with a refined, elevated feel. The challenge was to strike the right balance: branding that maintained brand recognition while visually distinguishing the luxury tier as a premium offering.

Solution

NM+U created a clean, sophisticated design system for the Distinctive Collection branding, using a minimalist black-and-white palette, elegant typography, and open, spacious layouts. This luxury branding approach allows the properties to take center stage, while every detail—from blog visuals to listing presentations and sales collateral—reinforces the premium experience.
