Career Application:
CD, ACD, Senior Creatives

NM+U is looking for persons of exceptional qualities to lead a team of art directors and copywriters by example. An ideal candidate has 10+ years of experience in ad agencies and has spent that time learning to tame wild projects of all types with his/her own hands, perfecting the art of client conversation and presentation, and ultimately mastered the ability to see projects into finality.

A keen sense of style and knowledge of how to achieve it technically is crucial. The intellect to see information over instruction is vital. The motivation and inspirations to push oneself to be better, to know more, to be faster, to be more clever, to impress yourself again every day is an absolute necessity.

This position is not for the faint of heart. It’s not for the lazy. It’s not for the “comfortable” ones. There’s hard work, frugality, budgets that are not always what they should be, client expectations that are sky-high, and an agency leadership team that will push you to be your best, push back on outdated mentalities, and challenge your solutions before they even get out the door.

This position is for those who want to push themselves out of their comfort zones, to learn new things, to search for fresh ideas, to push those around them to grow daily… but most importantly, all while understanding and working within confines of our clients business objectives; to help them drive business, strengthen brand equity and increase sales.
