Challenge: NM+U, as AOR for Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate, was selected to develop a comprehensive multimedia campaign to drive franchise sales efforts for the brand, a unit of Realogy Franchise Systems, the world’s largest real estate franchisor.

Our Approach: The agency was responsible for the strategic and creative concept centered around the theme “Be Better.”

The concept is further validated by the use of actual Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate brokers and agents which were photographed specifically for the campaign.

The campaign features print, video, online, web and social media components.

A dedicated franchise sales microsite was also launched with the agency’s creative direction.
